Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner advising Intuit, a global financial technology platform, on talent needs. Developing inclusive pipelines and partnering with hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Advise internal stakeholders on current and future talent needs in alignment with business strategies for Intuit
- Partner and consult with leaders at all levels
- Collaborate with other Talent Partners to address diverse recruitment needs
- Develop inclusive talent pipelines
- Guide, consult, and educate hiring managers on best practices
- Adapt recruitment approaches to evolving dynamics
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in FinTech and/or SaaS Sales/Corporate/Customer Success Recruiting
- High-volume or hyper-growth experience a Plus
- Comfort and proficiency in partnering and consulting with leaders at all levels
- Ability to collaborate with other Talent Partners
- Flexibility and aptitude to provide timely solutions
- Proven ability to develop inclusive talent pipelines
- Growth mindset and adaptability to evolving dynamics
- History of guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on best practices
