Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner overseeing the recruitment lifecycle for tech and SaaS roles at ZenRows. Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to attract and hire world-class talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle for tech and SaaS roles, supporting everything from job description development to onboarding coordination.
  • Sourcing top talent globally using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub and other niche tech communities.
  • Managing and optimizing our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring a seamless and data-driven recruitment process.
  • Utilize AI-powered sourcing and screening tools to streamline workflows and identify the best candidates efficiently.
  • Conducting structured interviews, coordinating interview panels, and coaching hiring managers on best practices.
  • Ensure a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience for candidates from first contact all the way to the offer stage.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborating on employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Contributing to process documentation and workflow improvements in a remote-first, high-growth environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment, recruiting for SaaS and tech roles.
  • Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Deep experience sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub and other tech communities.
  • Advanced user of Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience conducting screening calls and collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Comfort and creativity in using AI tools and automation in your daily workflow.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A collaborative spirit, high ownership mentality, and a love for working in agile, high-impact teams.
