Job Description
Talent Acquisition Sourcer working with recruiters to build talent pipelines for critical positions in power delivery. Supporting efforts in electric utility and construction sectors across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for technical, engineering, project management, and construction leadership roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to evaluate qualifications, experience, interest, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, workforce planning, and project staffing timelines.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in highly competitive markets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track sourcing metrics including pipeline health, response rates, and time-to-fill support.
- Represent MasTec Power Delivery professionally while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Stay informed on market trends, industry talent availability, and competitive recruiting practices within the power delivery and construction sectors.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience supporting construction, engineering, industrial, infrastructure, or utility organizations.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
