Job Description
Talent Experience Representative coordinating learning, culture, training, and employee events for KinderCare Learning Companies. Managing project plans, schedules, logistics, documentation, and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and maintain project plans, including scheduling, milestone and budget tracking, timelines, workflows, documentation, and status reporting
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, rehearsals, training sessions, key program touchpoints, and employee events
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain calendars for team programs and leaders
- Create and manage project briefs, charters, meeting notes, and action logs
- Manage project roles, responsibilities, risks, challenges, deliverables, and commitments with partners and drive resolution with stakeholders
- Research and edit presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources
- Partner with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison to troubleshoot issues and remove roadblocks
- Provide administrative support to leader of Learning and Development as needed
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience with program and calendar coordination and management, and virtual/in-person events and logistics
- Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, excellent multi-tasker and planner
- Handles highly confidential information with utmost discretion
- Meeting facilitation experience is a plus
- Experience with surveys/metrics, creative software, or learning software (LMS) is a plus
