Job Description

Talent Partner managing recruiting functions to assist Catena Clearing's growth and scaling. Collaborating with executives to define hiring strategies and sourcing top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with the executive leadership team to define hiring needs and prioritize
  • Work with hiring managers and interviewers to identify ideal profiles and develop scorecards
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for all open roles
  • Drive sell strategy and closing conversations with top-tier candidates
  • Proactively source top-of-funnel for all roles
  • Build and maintain multi-channel pipelines (LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, outbound)
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies in highly competitive technical markets
  • Continuously improve time-to-fill and close rates
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting systems and operational discipline
  • Run structured interview processes with high candidate experience
  • Maintain ATS hygiene and structured feedback loops
  • Own reporting and analytics on funnel health, hiring velocity, and close rates
  • Improve documentation and hiring playbooks
  • Surface hiring market insights to leadership
  • Shape Catena’s employer brand and competitive talent positioning
  • Influence how Catena competes for talent as we scale

Requirements:

  • 5–8 Years Experience
  • Experience hiring backend, data, or infrastructure engineers
  • Ability to assess and recognize strong technical backgrounds
  • Comfortable sourcing hard-to-find profiles
  • Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Effective in a remote-first environment
