Job Description

Talent Sourcer building business talent pipelines across sales, finance, marketing, and operations. Supporting Cohere’s global growth as a security-first enterprise AI company.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, own, and nurture a pipeline of business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations
  • Deliver a world-class recruiting experience reflecting Cohere’s premium brand
  • Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive talent through creative sourcing methods
  • Maintain market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscape
  • Manage recruiting funnels in the ATS and regularly update progress and analytics
  • Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles
  • Cultivate relationships across business communities and industry leaders
  • Identify and own additional high-impact talent projects

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience sourcing for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations
  • Experience sourcing in markets like EMEA/US
  • Proven track record sourcing candidates in high-growth, high-bar environments
  • Startup, technology, or AI experience strongly preferred
  • Established, high-profile network in business communities
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and building inclusive business teams
  • Strategic mindset with ability to see beyond immediate hiring needs
