Job Description

Sourcing, recruiting & Delivery Support Consultant at Miratech supporting global CX and contact center transformation initiatives. Hands-on role focused on coordination, execution, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Support active hiring requirements and coordinate with recruiters
  • Review, format, and manage candidate profiles before client submission
  • Schedule interviews and manage feedback and follow-ups
  • Maintain hiring, onboarding, and status trackers
  • Track action items, risks, and dependencies across workstreams
  • Coordinate meetings, kick-offs, and follow-ups with internal and client teams
  • Prepare status updates, reports, and summaries

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in sourcing/ recruiting support and delivery support roles
  • Experience working in technology consulting or IT services environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and global teams
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
