Job Description
Performance Marketing Teamlead leading E-Commerce campaigns and marketing teams at Germany’s award-winning Growth Marketing agency. Managing Meta budgets, strategies, and A/B tests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage successful brands such as HelloFresh, KoRo, and yfood
- Lead the marketing team
- Manage six-figure advertising budgets on Meta
- Develop and implement new marketing strategies
- Plan and conduct A/B tests
- Manage the agency’s largest clients
Requirements:
- At least 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing
- Focus on e-commerce
- Agency experience is preferred but not required
- Previous team leadership experience is a plus
- Native-level German proficiency
