Job Description
Team Manager II overseeing service and sales representatives at TD Bank. Ensuring effective operations and enhancing Customer experience through leadership and management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of service/sales representatives
- Provide overall direction and corporate vision
- Ensure effective and efficient operations
- Raise service standards to enhance Customer experience
- Monitor calls and team activities
- Develop and assess Colleague performance
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Resolve escalated Customer issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
- 2+ years' related experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Spanish Bilingual
- Ability to coach and mentor others
- Ability to provide conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent Customer service and computer skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours
