Job Description
Technical Administrator owning Agiloft contract lifecycle management for athenahealth’s healthcare technology platform. Optimizing legal workflows, integrations, reporting, and data governance for scalable contract operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary system administrator and owner of athenahealth’s Agiloft CLM platform
- Manage user administration, configuration, permissions, governance, workflows, approvals, templates, clause libraries, and automation rules
- Design and implement functionality, enhancements, releases, and workflow optimizations
- Ensure platform performance, reliability, data integrity, scalability, and auditability
- Provide end-user support, training, and issue triage and resolution
- Partner with Legal Operations and business stakeholders to design scalable contract workflows
- Improve contract intake, tracking, approval routing, reporting, automation, and cycle times
- Manage integrations between Agiloft and Salesforce, ERP platforms, ServiceNow, and document storage tools
- Partner with IT and vendors to maintain APIs and data flows
- Act as liaison among Legal, Procurement, Sales Operations, IT, and other business teams
- Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements
- Develop dashboards and reports on contract metrics, including cycle time, volume, and bottlenecks
- Provide insights supporting legal operations and executive decision-making
- Build familiarity with Harvey and ServiceNow and contribute to a unified legal systems ecosystem
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience administering Agiloft CLM or a similar contract lifecycle management platform
- Strong hands-on experience with workflow configuration, business rules, forms, and automation
- Experience supporting contract management or legal operations processes
- Proven ability to manage system configurations and end-user support in a SaaS environment
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and data synchronization across enterprise platforms preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and AI-enabled legal tools such as Harvey preferred
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI preferred
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to understand relational data concepts and apply logical query construction and rule-based automation
- Detail-oriented with focus on scalability, governance, accuracy, and auditability
- Self-starter with ownership mindset and willingness to expand into broader legal technology responsibilities
