Job Description

Technical Customer Consultant for eMobility managing technical inquiries and customer support. Working remotely in a supportive team environment with training in Berlin.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle technical customer inquiries by phone and in writing in the area of home charging (e.g., installation, commissioning, troubleshooting)
  • Advise customers on various products from the automotive sector
  • Use specialized software, backends, and consoles for fault analysis and problem resolution

Requirements:

  • Interest in technical topics and an affinity for IT (e.g., MS Office products)
  • Very good German and Spanish language skills
  • Prior experience as a building services technician, industrial mechanic, electronics technician, or experience in eMobility and charging infrastructure is an advantage
  • Willingness to work shifts (Mon–Sun, 06:00–22:00; core hours Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:30)
  • Independent and flexible working style with strong communication skills
