Job Description

Technical Program Manager delivering Salmon's in-house loyalty platform, including rules, ledgers, events, and customer-facing fintech apps. Coordinating engineering, QA, product, compliance, and marketing delivery across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive delivery of Salmon's Loyalty & Engagement platform, including its rules engine, ledger, event pipeline, and customer-facing mobile and web frontends
  • Own delivery of the in-house loyalty service and coordinate the team assembled from scratch
  • Co-own the roadmap with the Platform Owner across backend and frontend engineering, QA, Product Owners, system owners, legal/compliance, and marketing
  • Convert ambiguous initiative scope into a sequenced delivery plan and maintain the critical path
  • Break the initiative into a delivery plan across the gateway, ledger, event flows, and frontends, mapping dependencies
  • Define functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases for earn, burn, tiering, challenges, and reward delivery
  • Design and run campaign and reward setup workflows from configuration through compliance pre-checks, review, and go-live
  • Work with engineering and QA to ensure correctness in the loyalty ledger, cross-service integrations, analytics event contracts, reconciliation, idempotency, and data quality
  • Manage dependencies and risks, align stakeholders on timelines and priorities, and surface trade-offs
  • Own delivery and platform-health metrics, including time-to-launch, reliability of point and reward flows, pre-launch check coverage, and data quality

Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager or Systems Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with web and/or mobile products
  • FinTech or MarTech background is a plus
  • Experience with platforms combining backend services and customer-facing frontends, such as loyalty, payments, CRM, or analytics
  • Strong structural and technical thinking
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems, read specifications, ask engineering questions, and reason about trade-offs across APIs, data contracts, and integrations
  • Comfortable working with balances or ledgers, including correctness, edge cases, and reconciliation
  • Strong English communication skills
