Job Description

Organon Territory Business Manager promoting dermatology products to physicians across Chicago North. Building compliant sales networks and driving product utilization in healthcare practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales and customer networks through business planning and local market knowledge
  • Build disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
  • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within the assigned geography
  • Deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while ensuring legal and compliance compliance
  • Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement knowledge
  • Expand product demand through direct selling techniques and market strategies
  • Apply critical thinking and strategic mindset in a changing healthcare environment
  • Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs
  • Engage healthcare office staff through patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management
  • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations
  • Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly
  • Report to the District Business Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role
  • Preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning
  • High sense of urgency, particularly with regard to customer service orientation
  • Ability to travel as required by the specific territory
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture
  • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident
  • No visa sponsorship available
  • Must satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
  • Must be able to travel 50%
