Job Description

Territory Manager responsible for sustainable sales growth in industrial air filtration. Engaging with resellers and OEMs to provide tailored technical solutions in North-Central Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for sustainable and profitable revenue growth within your sales territory
  • Active sales of industrial air filtration systems, dust collection, and related services
  • Independent management, development, and expansion of your customer base (resellers, OEMs, end users)
  • Technical consultation of customers and development of customized solutions in close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., project engineering)
  • Identification and development of new market segments to strengthen market presence
  • Establishment of long-term customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service
  • CRM-supported sales management, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and documentation of all sales activities
  • Close collaboration with internal project and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of customer projects
  • Travel: up to 40%

Requirements:

  • Completed degree or vocational training, preferably with a technical background
  • Several years of sales experience with technical, consultative products
  • Fluent Dutch and good English skills
  • High willingness to travel and strong enthusiasm for direct customer contact
  • Residence within the assigned sales territory and ability to work from home
  • Experience in industrial filtration, air purification, or related process technologies (preferred qualification)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and structured sales management (preferred qualification)
  • Confident communication style across different decision-making levels (preferred qualification)
