Job Description

Territory Service Manager overseeing a field service team of 12 – 15 in the car wash industry. Managing operations, training, and customer relations for service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage field service team of 12 – 15 employees
  • Manages service team members in Southern Texas
  • Manage scheduling and training of field service technicians and chemical delivery specialists
  • Establish performance goals for designated team of technicians
  • Coach and guide direct reports in safety compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide leadership, technical guidance, and continuing education in field operations
  • Monitor and manage expenses, revenue, and margin targets
  • Prepare and control operational budgets and inventory
  • Communicate with customer and travel to assigned locations
  • Act as primary point of resolution for escalating customer issues and/or complaints
  • Monitor service metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in field service
  • Minimum of 3 years’ managing an electro-mechanical team
  • Strong business acumen including understanding of P&L, financials and KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong electrical-mechanical skill set
  • Strategic thinker with proven track record in problem solving and analysis
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google
  • Strong negotiation skills required
  • Knowledge of carwash equipment preferred
  • Overnight travel will be required
