Job Description
Part-time remote Track and Trace Operator supporting drivers, customers, and transportation updates for Zelh’s third-party logistics client. Managing calls, appointments, and TMS records.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with drivers and customers
- Notify appropriate parties of any issues
- Input updates into the system
- Answer incoming calls from clients
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace
- Perform other duties as required by business needs or as assigned
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in the customer support field
- TMS McLeod
- English level - upper-intermediate or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and use of office equipment
- Expert knowledge of team members' roles and responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, maintain cooperative effective working relationships within the company, and support a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet department goals and deadlines
- Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
