Job Description
Intern assisting with planning and coordination of trade shows and events for Raintree Systems. Gaining hands-on experience in event planning and project management while supporting the events team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and coordination of trade shows and events
- Conduct research on trade shows, vendors, activations, and promotional items
- Maintain and update event tracking documents and spreadsheets
- Assist with TherapyCon planning, including exhibitor and logistics support
- Help organize event materials, shipping plans, and pre-event preparation
- Support general event-related tasks and team initiatives
Requirements:
- In school for Hospitality Management or Marketing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
