Job Description
Trade Shows and Events Specialist overseeing event operations for healthcare at Solventum. Managing logistics and supporting cross-functional teams for successful event execution.
Responsibilities:
- Owns end-to-end event operations and logistics for the Health Information Systems (HIS) event portfolio
- Manages booth assets and inventory, shipping/freight and labor, exhibitor services, promotional materials, and onsite readiness
- Standardizes processes and manages logistics vendors
- Tracks spend and documentation, completes post-event closeout and asset reconciliation
- Supports sales and event stakeholders by coordinating meeting rooms, demo logistics, staffing readiness, and event calendars
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business
- 5+ years of experience in trade shows, events, or field marketing operations with ownership of logistics
- High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience in trade shows, events, or field marketing operations with ownership of logistics
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, vendors, finance, and compliance teams
- Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills
- Willingness to travel as required for events
