Job Description
Business Intelligence Manager driving strategic analytics and reporting solutions for clinical research operations at Parexel. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions supporting Safety and Logistics stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making.
- Own the reporting lifecycle, including data validation, governance, refreshing processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze operational performance data and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas to support strategic planning.
- Design and implement reporting automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data accuracy.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
- Create executive-ready reports, business reviews, and performance summaries to support leadership decision making and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate regular KPI performance reviews and operational discussions using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Support Rhythm of Business activities, governance reviews, and operational planning processes across the organization.
- Lead reporting and analytics improvement initiatives and drive standardization of reporting processes and best practices.
- Ensure reporting solutions adhere to data governance standards and maintain audit-ready documentation for all reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and managing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Experience supporting senior leaders with business insights and operational reporting.
- Demonstrated success working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data governance principles, KPI development, and performance management frameworks.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
