Job Description
UKG Business Intelligence Manager developing workforce dashboards and analytics for Ascension, a nonprofit Catholic healthcare system. Optimizing staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and patient care operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using UKG Pro, Oracle FDI, Tableau, and Google Sheets
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in UKG Pro processes to maximize capacity utilization and optimize labor
- Query and manipulate data using SQL, Python, R, and BigQuery to address workforce management challenges
- Establish KPI targets and thresholds using historical data
- Apply advanced statistical techniques or machine learning to analyze staffing levels, scheduling patterns, and labor costs
- Drive large-scale workforce management analytics projects
- Identify efficiency reporting opportunities and develop real-time solutions for operational decision-making
- Partner with ADSI and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Advise on workforce management best practices and service delivery models
Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency as a UKG data expert and solutions specialist
- Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud, SQL, Python, R, and BigQuery
- Ability to balance multiple cross-functional priorities
- Experience managing large-scale workforce management analytics projects
- Experience supporting complex operational requirements
- Experience leveraging data-driven insights and scheduling analytics to optimize healthcare operations or patient care delivery
