Job Description
Training & Development Specialist designing and delivering training programmes for a UK-based business. Conducting needs analyses and maintaining learning content remotely from South Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analyses across business functions
- Design, develop, and deliver training programmes in a variety of formats including e-learning, webinars, and workshops
- Maintain the LMS and ensure all learning content is current and accessible
- Measure training effectiveness and report on learning outcomes
- Support onboarding programmes for new hires
Requirements:
- 3+ years in an L&D or training role
- Experience designing blended learning content using tools such as Articulate or similar
- Familiarity with LMS platforms
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Reliable internet and a professional home workspace
