Job Description

Training & Development Specialist designing and delivering training programmes for a UK-based business. Conducting needs analyses and maintaining learning content remotely from South Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analyses across business functions
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programmes in a variety of formats including e-learning, webinars, and workshops
  • Maintain the LMS and ensure all learning content is current and accessible
  • Measure training effectiveness and report on learning outcomes
  • Support onboarding programmes for new hires

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in an L&D or training role
  • Experience designing blended learning content using tools such as Articulate or similar
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Reliable internet and a professional home workspace
