Job Description

Coordinator supporting Workforce Development initiatives at FoundationCCC, enhancing partnerships and compliance for career programs. Collaborating across teams to streamline project deliverables in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Career Catalyst Partner Relations team in developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track business opportunities in Salesforce
  • Schedule business development calls and optimize documents for clients
  • Support the Career Catalyst Business Operations team in maintaining partnerships
  • Schedule meetings and trainings, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Workday
  • Support the Grants Administration team and ensure compliance with funder guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role
  • Familiarity with project management principles
  • Demonstrated experience with web-based tools and platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Asana, and Salesforce
