Job Description
Coordinator supporting Workforce Development initiatives at FoundationCCC, enhancing partnerships and compliance for career programs. Collaborating across teams to streamline project deliverables in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Career Catalyst Partner Relations team in developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Track business opportunities in Salesforce
- Schedule business development calls and optimize documents for clients
- Support the Career Catalyst Business Operations team in maintaining partnerships
- Schedule meetings and trainings, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Workday
- Support the Grants Administration team and ensure compliance with funder guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Demonstrated experience with web-based tools and platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Asana, and Salesforce
