Job Description

Training Program Manager running AI-first product management cohorts for First Principles, a product consultancy serving emerging technology startups. Coordinating instructors, live sessions, participant progress, certification, technology, and enterprise client communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the planning and delivery source of truth for each cohort, tracking milestones, owners, due dates, and risks
  • Coordinate 6 to 10 instructors across scheduling and content preparation
  • Manage session-material deadlines, templates, accessibility review, and content review processes
  • Join live sessions and moderate Q&A, share links and resources, launch polls, and handle technical issues
  • Set up cohort technology, provision and verify participant and instructor access, run platform checks, and resolve access issues
  • Coordinate cohort formation, scheduling, invitations, reminders, and communications
  • Track attendance and completion and follow up with participants who are falling behind
  • Coordinate submissions and tracking for up to six assignments per cohort
  • Execute the AI-assisted grading process with technical support
  • Support pre- and post-competency assessments and manage certificate creation and distribution
  • Maintain the async learning community and digital resource library
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for client program stakeholders, provide status updates, answer questions, escalate issues, and manage expectations

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience running programs, projects, campaigns, or accounts with enterprise clients
  • Client-facing program management experience in areas such as corporate or conference events, enterprise client success, account management, agency or consultancy project/program management, or learning and development coordination
  • Serious organization and follow-through, including maintaining trackers, identifying risks, and following up on deliverables
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across a group of busy people and hold senior practitioners to deadlines
  • Near-native English, C2 minimum, written and spoken
  • Fast learner and confident with project management tools, Google Workspace, Slack, and video conferencing platforms with poll, breakout, and chat features
  • Comfortable using AI tools daily
  • Consistent overlap with US business hours
  • Nice to have: corporate training, professional education, or certification program experience
  • Nice to have: familiarity with LMS or learning platforms, discussion communities, or webinar platforms
  • Nice to have: awareness of presentation accessibility standards
  • Nice to have: experience with enterprise clients in regulated or highly governed industries
  • Nice to have: experience working with or around product management teams
