Job Description

Training Program Manager standardizing education, certification, and LMS operations for EBR Systems’ FDA-approved cardiac pacing device. Driving audit-ready programs supporting field teams and physician education.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and standardize training and competency-management processes, curriculum development, certification pathways, and documentation practices
  • Administer the Learning Management System and other training systems, including course building, enrollment tracking, completion reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Own the training budget, calendar, and vendor relationships, including venues, faculty honoraria, simulation labs, and LMS platforms
  • Plan and coordinate physician training, case observation, proctoring programs, hands-on labs, and educational sessions
  • Coordinate with key opinion leaders to support physician-to-physician education programs
  • Develop and enhance training materials, curricula, and certification pathways for the WiSE System
  • Maintain training metrics, certification completion rates, and trainee feedback data; prepare reporting and analysis
  • Manage onboarding and certification administration for field operations personnel, Field Clinical Specialists, and sales representatives
  • Partner with clinical, marketing, sales, regulatory, quality, medical affairs, and R&D teams
  • Mentor Field Clinical Specialists and other training personnel
  • Support LMS enhancements and digital training content
  • Assist with off-site physician education programs, cadaver labs, and KOL training events
  • Provide field and physician insights for product development, clinical trial protocols, and future training strategies
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and professional education forums as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related field (or equivalent clinical experience)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the medical device industry, training operations, program/process management, or a related function
  • Experience developing training curricula, certification pathways, and structured onboarding programs
  • Hands-on experience administering or building courses within a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience developing training content across e-learning, video, and live/virtual sessions
  • Experience managing training documentation for audit readiness
  • Familiarity with FDA-regulated training materials and documentation requirements
  • Familiarity with the Sunshine Act and AdvaMed Code compliance landscape
  • Strong project/program management, organizational, and vendor-management skills
  • Clinical or technical experience supporting implantable cardiac procedures or work within CRM, Structural Heart, Heart Failure, and/or Electrophysiology is strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting commercial launches of novel implantable cardiac devices is preferred
  • Ability to design, standardize, and maintain audit-ready training and competency documentation
  • Ability to design, build, and manage multi-modal learning solutions
  • Ability to manage budgets, calendars, and vendor relationships
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities
  • Ability to develop training metrics and performance analytics
  • Working understanding of cardiac pacing, intracardiac imaging, implant procedures, and cardiac device therapy strategies is a strong plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30–40% of the time, including occasional overnight travel
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
