Job Description

Training Specialist facilitating engaging virtual trainings for Community Health Workers across the country through on-site and remote support. Passionate about developing and empowering community health workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver monthly virtual trainings to new Community Health Workers from organizations all across the country
  • Deliver quarterly virtual trainings to Community Health Worker supervisors
  • Travel to different Community Health Worker organizations across the country to provide on-site, elbow-to-elbow support with program launch
  • Conduct on-site annual visits to Community Health Worker organizations to assess fidelity to the IMPaCT model through observations, chart audits and interviews with program staff
  • Provide tailored workshops and troubleshooting to partner organizations
  • Direct training logistics, including registration management and scheduling
  • Provide administrative support for certification approval applications

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of prior training and facilitation experience in various modalities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot in the moment and think on your feet
  • Passion for training and professional development
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to work on-site at partner locations across the nation
  • Experience utilizing a learning management system
