Job Description
Traveling Electrical Foreman overseeing electrical construction scopes across Texas for Power Design. Managing crews, materials, safety, quality and multimillion-dollar contractor projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the assigned project scope, including management of material and manpower
- Work closely with the project superintendent and other trades
- Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards
- Use company-provided iPad and smartphone to complete work on time and exceed customer expectations
- Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the designated scope
- Travel to projects across Texas based on business and project needs
- Attend customized training courses at the company’s headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida
Requirements:
- At least five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor
- Must have an active journeyman or master electrician license
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and construction safety requirements
- Must have at least basic computer and writing skills
- Demonstrate and uphold Power Design’s core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth
- Open to traveling to projects across Texas based on business and project needs
