Job Description
Traveling Electrical Foreman overseeing materials, manpower, safety, and quality on Texas electrical construction projects. Supervising crews and coordinating with superintendents and other trades.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the assigned project scope, including management of material and manpower
- Work closely with the project superintendent and other trades
- Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards
- Utilize company-provided technology to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations
- Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the designated scope
- Travel to projects across Texas based on business and project needs
Requirements:
- At least five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor
- Must have an active journeyman or master electrician license
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and construction safety requirements
- Must have at least basic computer and writing skills
- Experienced electrical leader open to traveling to projects across Texas based on business and project needs
