Job Description

Traveling Electrical Foreman overseeing materials, manpower, safety, and quality on Texas electrical construction projects. Supervising crews and coordinating with superintendents and other trades.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the assigned project scope, including management of material and manpower
  • Work closely with the project superintendent and other trades
  • Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards
  • Utilize company-provided technology to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations
  • Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the designated scope
  • Travel to projects across Texas based on business and project needs

Requirements:

  • At least five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor
  • Must have an active journeyman or master electrician license
  • Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and construction safety requirements
  • Must have at least basic computer and writing skills
  • Experienced electrical leader open to traveling to projects across Texas based on business and project needs
