Job Description

Triage analyst assessing federal applications for Koniag’s ICAM and Zero Trust solutions. Evaluating Okta and SailPoint integration readiness, risks, and enablement pathways.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive technical triage of pre-registered applications
  • Assess application identity state, authentication mechanisms, authorization frameworks, and readiness for ICAM integration
  • Review application migration questionnaires and identify incomplete, inaccurate, or insufficient technical data
  • Document questionnaire deficiencies in the Enablement Tracking Database and recommend Government-Induced Hold status when appropriate
  • Conduct gap analyses against Okta IdP and SailPoint IdentityIQ capability requirements
  • Develop and maintain application-specific risk registers
  • Determine and document self-service, automated, or dedicated white-glove enablement pathways
  • Produce step-by-step technical pathway documentation for migration engineers and application owners
  • Maintain triage findings, gap analyses, risk registers, and pathway determinations in the Enablement Tracking Database
  • Coordinate with Application Owners and technical representatives to gather information and facilitate discovery sessions
  • Manage escalation processes for unresponsive or non-participating application owners
  • Support application prioritization, sequencing, pipeline monitoring, and status reporting
  • Refine triage methodologies, assessment frameworks, questionnaires, and standard operating procedures
  • Support program metrics, reporting outputs, and the Metrics Dashboard
  • Assist with transition-in, ingestion, organization, and baseline review of the GFI application portfolio
  • Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements, including CUI handling, OPSEC, and cybersecurity certification requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of ICAM capabilities, identity integration standards, and DoD Zero Trust requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in information technology, including at least 2 years of direct experience in identity and access management, enterprise application assessment, IT security analysis, or a related discipline
  • Experience conducting structured technical assessments or gap analyses of enterprise applications or IT systems
  • Familiarity with enterprise identity platforms, authentication protocols, and access management frameworks in a production environment
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Ability to satisfy requirements for CAC-card issuance and NIPRNet access
  • Annual DoD CyberAwareness training and certification
  • Working knowledge of ICAM concepts, including IdP, IGA, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and ABAC
  • Familiarity with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM
  • Experience developing and maintaining risk registers
  • Experience producing technical documentation, assessment reports, gap analyses, pathway recommendations, and structured tracking-system data
  • Experience coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with data management and tracking tools
  • Familiarity with DoD security requirements, including CUI handling, OPSEC, DFARS 252.204-7012, and DoDM 8140.03
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required DoD cybersecurity certifications per DoDM 8140.03, such as Security+ for IAT II or equivalent
  • Preferred: DoD IT program, federal contracting, Okta, and SailPoint IdentityIQ experience
