Job Description

User Acquisition Manager at appflame responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns on TikTok. Collaborating with creative teams and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on TikTok
  • Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns based on target business metrics
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team
  • Generate, prioritize, and systematically test new hypotheses
  • Develop automation and auto-rules for efficient campaign acquisition
  • Analyze competitors, track TikTok trends, and translate them into actionable ad strategies

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads
  • Deep understanding of core performance metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPM, RT
  • Strong analytical mindset: feeling comfortable working with numbers
  • High proactivity and independence
  • Excellent attention to detail (double-checking links, budgets, naming conventions, and targeting)
  • English level B1+ (Intermediate or higher)
