Job Description
User Support Analyst guiding field employees in BSNA software applications and business processes. Collaborating with IT, Business Leadership, and the User Support team to enhance field organization support.
Responsibilities:
- Guiding field employees in the use of BSNA software applications and business processes
- Working closely with IT programmers, Business Leadership and headquarters departments
- Provide direct support to the BSNA Field Organization
- Timely resolution of Support Requests
- Developing new tools and processes to aid operations of the User Support team
- Assisting in User Acceptance Testing for BSNA Operations applications
- Identifying trends and proposing long-term corrective action
- Creating supporting documentation for resolution of incoming support requests
- Maintaining documentation in a shared filing system
- Assisting with development or delivery of training material
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in the field
- Minimum 5-8 years of service industry experience supporting business operations
- Possesses basic knowledge of accounting/finance and business principles
- Working knowledge of both Custom and Out of the Box applications preferred
- Must have excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Basic SQL and database structure knowledge preferred
- Must be a willing team player and be able to effectively interact and communicate with a variety of customers
- Detail oriented
- MS Office proficient
