Job Description
Vertical Market Manager focusing on material handling and aviation markets. Develop sales strategies and maintain client relationships to grow the customer base and achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Work with segments of the material handling and airport infrastructure market
- Develop and maintain contact with key decision makers
- Assist with the formulation of sales strategies
- Attain and exceed sales goals through increased market share
- Responsible for the development of new business and new customers
- Work in close cooperation with Rittal HQ and subsidiaries
- Provide specific support and training/webinars of the sales force
- Build relationships with executive management in the customer base
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Five years of experience in industrial equipment/services field sales for a manufacturer and seller of industrial products
- Extensive knowledge of material handling and/or Aviation markets
- Experience managing both local and global projects within the aviation and material handling industry
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- Strong presentation skills at all levels in an organization
