Job Description

Leading sales strategies and enterprise relationships in the biotech sector with a focus on AI solutions. Driving growth for Hippocratic AI's innovative healthcare products.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Hippocratic AI's commercial relationships with the world's largest biotech accounts.
  • Lead strategic enterprise sales cycles from prospect to close with top commercial-stage biotech companies.
  • Partner closely with Product, Clinical, and GTM teams to land and expand AI-driven patient engagement solutions across the biotech vertical.
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise deals with commercial-stage biotechs.
  • Build ROI frameworks and consultative business cases for biotech buyers using an analytical, structuring-forward approach.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline with accurate forecasting and strong CRM hygiene.
  • Represent Hippocratic AI at biotech conferences, investor days, and industry events to build executive relationships and pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years of experience selling to commercial-stage biotech or specialty pharma.
  • Demonstrated track record closing large ($500K–$2M+) enterprise deals with biotech or specialty pharma companies.
  • Experience selling consulting, SaaS, or AI solutions requiring creativity, stakeholder alignment, and bespoke structuring.
  • VP-level enterprise seller with a quota-carrying history at ~$3M ARR per year.
  • Strong communication skills — ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes.
