Job Description
VIP Account Manager responsible for managing relationships with VIP customers. Engaging clients across channels to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Nurturing and cultivating relationships with VIP clientele.
- Multichannel Correspondence: Interacting through emails, phone calls, and live chat.
- Proactive Bonus Management: Offering tailored bonuses and rewards.
- VIP Gameplay Monitoring: Responding promptly to VIP customer activities.
- Feedback Gathering: Actively seeking and collating feedback to improve services.
- Efficient Document Handling: Managing document requests efficiently.
- Insightful VIP Reporting: Providing insights on VIP trends and preferences.
- VIP Onboarding: Welcoming new VIP customers aboard.
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Contributing to VIP strategy with the Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Exceptional communication skills across various mediums
- Demonstrated proactive approach to customer service
- A background in VIP services or gaming is highly desirable
- Familiarity with sportsbook operations is a plus
- Strategic mindset and the capability to collaborate with senior management in refining and implementing VIP-focused strategies.
