Job Description
Brand Partner Portfolio Manager overseeing marketing partnerships and products for Trulieve. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage relationships with Trulieve’s Brand Partners, serving as the primary point of contact for external brands and licensed partners seeking placement and support within Trulieve dispensaries.
- Lead cross-functional coordination between Brand Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives are planned, communicated, and executed effectively.
- Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable workflows, ensuring product information, pricing, promotional details, messaging, and creative brief inputs are accurate, complete, and execution-ready.
- Manage Brand Partner timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution to ensure deadlines are met and initiatives remain on track.
- Partner directly with Brand Partners and their respective creative agencies or teams to ensure all marketing assets are delivered on schedule, aligned with brand standards, and compliant with applicable state regulations.
- Establish clear ways of working and operating rhythms across cross-functional teams to improve visibility, accountability and execution
- Utilize project management tools (Monday.com, Smartsheet) to maintain workflow visibility, reporting and operational effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing manager, campaign operations, or similar role
- Experience managing cross-functional workflows spanning product, marketing and creative teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com or similar tools
- Ability to drive alignment and improve processes across multiple teams and functions
- Experience working with production, retail, or product-driven marketing environments preferred
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus
