Job Description

VP of Influencer Marketing to build and lead one of the strongest creator organizations in the industry. Creating high-performing advertising and exceptional content for clients, with a focus on influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Build one of the largest and highest-quality performance creator networks in the industry
  • Continuously expand our global creator ecosystem across key verticals and platforms
  • Develop long-term relationships with exceptional creators and talent representatives
  • Build a preferred roster of trusted creators who consistently produce outstanding content
  • Increase creator quality, diversity, responsiveness, and availability across every client category
  • Build systems that help creators build long-term careers with Advantage HQ
  • Increase repeat collaborations and long-term partnerships
  • Improve creator earnings and lifetime value
  • Create an exceptional creator experience across onboarding, communication, payments, and campaign execution
  • Ensure our highest-performing creators consistently choose to work with Advantage HQ
  • Build repeatable systems that consistently deliver exceptional creators for every client
  • Scale creator whitelisting across our client portfolio
  • Partner with Growth and Creative teams to maximize paid media performance
  • Establish world-class operating standards across the influencer organization
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global influencer marketing organization
  • Continuously evaluate new platforms, technologies, and creator trends

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience leading influencer marketing, creator partnerships, creator operations, or talent organizations
  • Proven experience building and scaling high-performing influencer marketing teams
  • Experience managing large creator ecosystems and long-term creator relationships
  • Deep understanding of creator economics, whitelisting, licensing, usage rights, and performance marketing
  • Experience partnering closely with paid media and creative teams to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience building systems that scale rather than simply managing campaigns
  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how creator marketing drives profitable growth
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Strong operator with a bias toward ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
