Job Description
Lead operations as Vice President at Flatirons Digital Innovations, ensuring efficient client delivery and operational excellence. Collaborate with teams to enhance service and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence across delivery, resourcing, and financial management.
- Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs across all operational functions.
- Partner with the COO to define and execute operational strategy.
- Oversee engagement delivery, ensuring projects are appropriately staffed and on schedule.
- Manage the professional services financials, including revenue and utilization.
- Build and lead a high-performing team for collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Build trusted, executive-level client relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in management consulting professional services, with at least 5 years in an operations leadership role.
- Demonstrated success leading operations within a large consultancy with the ability to scale.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience owning key operational and financial metrics to drive decisions that improve business performance and health.
- Proven ability to build credibility and lasting relationships with executive stakeholders - both internal and client-facing.
- Deep expertise in resource management, utilization optimization, and workforce planning.
- Practical experience scoping and structuring client contracts and SOWs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence across all levels of an organization.
- Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms such as Kimble/Kantata.
- Deep familiarity with Agile and other delivery methodologies.
