Job Description
VP of Operations leading day-to-day operations and strategic planning for TaskUs. Overseeing business aspects and collaborating with senior leadership to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to support growth and add to the bottom line
- Focus on strategic planning and goal-setting
- Provide management and oversight of all aspects of the business
- Collaborate well with senior leadership
- Ensure the entire organization is on track
- Formulate policies and strategic plans for growth
- Improve operational efficiency in targeted areas
- Maintain profit margins and accountability through internal control systems
Requirements:
- Autonomous Vehicles operations experience is required
- At least 7 years in a Senior Leadership role of a large business or enterprise
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Ability to make sound business decisions based on data
- Experience in structuring effective training & development programs
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of organizational behavior and workforce planning
- BS or BA is highly preferred but not required
