Job Description

Workday Analyst II designing and implementing complex Workday Payroll solutions at Daikin. Focusing on stakeholder management and innovative problem-solving in the PATT workstream.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the PATT workstream
  • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management
  • Research and resolve day to day Workday PATT process and configuration issues
  • Design solutions ensuring cohesive work streams
  • Work with HR and business stakeholders to support new requirements for PATT
  • Create and update Workday configurations and enhancements
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of new Unions and MORs
  • Provide post payroll support, general ledger posting, bank transfer and paychecks in Workday
  • Manage, create and provide support for required PATT reporting
  • Identify strategies, risks and options
  • Support innovation through the creation of new methods
  • Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and change management of system modifications
  • Manage Workday release enhancements

Requirements:

  • 4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience of which a minimum of 5 years of Workday configuration experience in PATT functions
  • Strong US payroll process knowledge
  • Workday PATT experience, with a focus on Absence
  • Project Management experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge of HR function & processes
  • Strong Canadian payroll process knowledge
  • Experience with configuring Union specifications within the PATT workstream
  • Experience with Payroll software such as ADP SmartCompliance, ADP eTime, Oracle Finance
