Job Description
Workday Payroll Consultant role at Kognitiv, acting as a bridge for clients between complex business logic and execution. Engaging in innovative Workday configurations to maximize client value.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive workshops to translate payroll requirements into Workday configurations
- Identify process gaps and implement system improvements
- Build and refine Calculated Fields, custom Dashboards, and Advanced Reports
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with high autonomy
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Payroll (Implementation or AMS)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to explain complex technical logic to non-technical partners
- Self-starter with an analytical mindset
