Job Description
Franchise Business Consultant supporting Round Table Pizza franchise operations, profitability, and brand standards. Coaching franchisees and driving store growth across the western United States.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support, profitability support, and consulting to franchisees
- Ensure brand standards are followed
- Work cross-functionally to onboard new franchisees and keep existing franchisees on schedule with reimage and growth targets
- Establish professional relationships with franchisees, KOPs, and Restaurant General Managers through frequent communication
- Complete at least one Operations Excellence Review annually for every restaurant and provide documented review/action plans
- Lead field and in-store training during promotional rollouts and conduct post-launch follow-up
- Visit every store in the designated territory at least four documented times annually
- Lead annual P&L collection and schedule performance reviews with franchisees
- Drive new store growth and mitigate potential closures through franchisee transfer processes
- Support operational testing and company initiatives related to marketing, technology, and operations
- Provide opening assistance for new franchisees and transfers
- Create LSM Plans with franchisees to improve store sales and profits
- Maintain strong administrative organization and follow-through
- Report to the Brand President of Round Table Pizza
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive supervisory franchise management or District level multi-unit operations experience
- Strong working knowledge of P&L statements, inventory and cash control, customer service procedures, and QA/Food safety standards
- Proficient understanding of relevant business software, MS Office Suite, and supporting hardware
- ServSafe Certified
- Up to 80% travel
- Valid credit card and reliable transportation required
- Ideal candidate based out of the Greater Bay Area
