Responsibilities:
- Create social media graphics (infographics, carousel posts, process visualizations, branding assets)
- Design LinkedIn carousels for thought leadership posts
- Produce short video snippets for LinkedIn (e.g., animated slides, subtitled video quotes, highlight clips from interviews)
- Work closely with copywriters and content strategists to integrate creative storytelling elements
- Optimize design templates in Figma for better reusability
- Independently research and develop new design concepts to make content distinctive and engaging
Requirements:
- You are studying graphic design, communication design, media design, or a related field
- You have experience with Figma and, ideally, experience working with design systems
- You can present complex information visually in a clear and appealing way
- You have a strong sense for storytelling and brand identity — and know how to bring B2B content to life
- Experience with LinkedIn content formats (carousels, infographics, videos, thumbnails) is desirable but not required
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or Riverside) for short video snippets
- Creativity, high quality standards, and the ability to work independently
Benefits:

- Work with reputable B2B SaaS and IT companies — build valuable relationships and learn from them
- Pioneer work in AI-driven content — be part of developing new AI-supported content strategies
- Build your personal brand — take the opportunity to create your own content and grow your audience
- Access to the latest AI tools and technologies (not only ChatGPT)
- Flexible work — work when and where you want
- Growth opportunities — grow with the company and take on more responsibility
- Skill-building in future-relevant areas — from content strategy to demand generation
- Anti-bullshit company culture — we value clarity, transparency, and measurable results
