Job Description
Werkstudent:in für Digitalmarketing und Content-Aufbau bei incupresa, das profitable Unternehmen von Grund auf aufbaut. Erstellung von Social-Content, Präsentationen und konvertierenden WordPress-Landingpages.
Responsibilities:
- Create content for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram that drives reach.
- Be willing to appear on camera.
- Turn notes and scribbles into professional assets.
- Create visually appealing, functional presentations in Google Slides.
- Build and optimize high-converting landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.
- Build visibility and establish a consistent brand presence.
- Work directly 1:1 with the founder to build brands.
Requirements:
- You enjoy building things from scratch and do not wait for fully prepared briefs.
- You understand how TikTok and Instagram work and are not afraid to appear on camera.
- Excellent written and spoken German, plus good English skills.
- You have worked with WordPress before—ideally Elementor—or are confident you can learn it in record time.
- You have a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
- You can present complex content in Google Slides in a way that immediately convinces and engages customers.
- You love taking initiative and getting things done.
- You are an enrolled student and would like to work with us over the long term.
- Ideally, you will remain a student for at least another two years and are interested in a long-term collaboration.
