Job Description

ABM Manager overseeing digital account-based marketing strategies at Chainalysis. Collaborating across marketing and sales teams to drive campaign effectiveness and account engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize digital campaigns that support account-based marketing programs across named accounts, buying groups, and priority segments
  • Translate account priorities, persona strategy, buying stages, and intent signals into digital activation plans across paid search, paid social, display, and Demandbase
  • Manage Demandbase activation, including audience segmentation, display orchestration, campaign setup, and alignment to broader campaign goals
  • Write and refine paid media copy, campaign hooks, taglines, and ad concepts tailored to target personas and account segments
  • Collaborate with PMM, Content, Creative, and Sales to align campaign messaging, creative, and digital execution to account priorities and campaign objectives
  • Manage the agency relationship while contributing directly to campaign planning, testing, and optimization
  • Support digital ABM motions including awareness, retargeting, re-engagement, and progression of engaged accounts
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on channel metrics and ABM outcomes, including target account reach, engaged accounts, buying group penetration, meetings, influenced pipeline, and account progression
  • Partner with Demand Gen, RevOps, and analytics teams to strengthen targeting, measurement, reporting, and campaign insights

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ABM, paid media, or demand generation
  • Experience running digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and account-based advertising platforms
  • A strong understanding of how digital marketing supports named account programs, persona targeting, buying group engagement, and account progression
  • Experience managing external agencies and coordinating campaign execution across multiple channels
  • Strong knowledge of audience targeting, testing, creative performance, and campaign optimization
  • The ability to work effectively across Sales, PMM, Content, Creative, Demand Gen, and RevOps
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect campaign performance to account engagement and pipeline outcomes
  • Good creative judgment and comfort providing input on paid messaging, ad concepts, and digital execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Demandbase or a similar ABM platform.
