Job Description

Account-Based Marketing Manager at Quartile designing targeted marketing strategies for high-value accounts to increase pipeline growth and win rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute scalable ABM programs aligned to sales priorities
  • Build account segmentation and targeting frameworks in partnership with Sales and RevOps
  • Create personalized campaigns across channels (email, paid media, content, events, direct mail)
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales, ensuring alignment on target accounts, messaging, and success metrics
  • Support sales enablement with account insights, messaging, and campaign materials
  • Participate in account planning and pipeline reviews
  • Manage end-to-end ABM campaigns, from planning and execution to optimization
  • Coordinate with content, demand gen, product marketing, and design teams
  • Test and iterate messaging and tactics based on performance
  • Define and track ABM KPIs (account engagement, pipeline influence, deal velocity, win rates)
  • Analyze campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders
  • Continuously optimize programs using data and feedback
  • Leverage ABM and marketing tech platforms (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate account data and attribution

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and buying committees
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
