Job Description

Senior Field Marketing Manager managing demand generation strategies across U.S. and Canada markets. Collaborating with sales leadership to execute high-impact marketing initiatives for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth across the U.S. and Canadian markets
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership to identify priority accounts, target segments, and strategic marketing opportunities
  • Plan and execute high-impact field marketing programs including executive roundtables, customer events, industry conferences, and targeted campaigns
  • Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, communications, and events teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support regional business goals
  • Manage and measure marketing programs that generate qualified leads, accelerate deals, and support revenue growth
  • Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with financial institutions, crypto companies, and other private sector organizations across North America
  • Translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable marketing strategies and messaging
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using data and KPIs to refine and optimize regional marketing program

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing roles
  • Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams to generate pipeline and accelerate deals
  • Strong experience running regional marketing programs including events, executive roundtables, and integrated campaigns
  • Experience marketing to financial services, technology, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency companies
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and optimizing programs based on KPIs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 30% for regional events, customer meetings, and internal programs
  • Nice to have experience: Experience working in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or cybersecurity industries
  • Experience marketing to public sector organizations or government stakeholders
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology company or startup environment
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and enterprise sales cycles
