Job Description
Account Director leading client relationships and developing learning programmes for healthcare communications. Remote role within Precision AQ, requiring strategic thinking and client management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client relationships and ensure strategic and creative excellence.
- Shape impactful learning & development programmes that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Drive profitable growth through smart budgeting and resource management.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account leadership within healthcare communications and specifically with training materials and programmes.
- About 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional client relationship skills and team leadership ability.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about learning
