Job Description
Full-Cycle Account Executive responsible for prospecting and managing sales at ProcureDesk. Closing mid-market deals and working closely with finance leaders in an outbound approach.
Responsibilities:
- Source, manage, and close your own deals end to end
- Prospect into target accounts using outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Run discovery calls to understand customer workflows, pain points, and buying criteria
- Deliver product demos tailored to CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders
- Manage deals through the full sales cycle including follow-ups, objections, and negotiations
- Accurately forecast pipeline and deal progression in the CRM
- Consistently build and maintain a healthy outbound-driven pipeline
- Own an annual quota of $500K
- Prioritize opportunities based on deal quality, urgency, and close probability
- Sell to finance and accounting personas at companies with 50–500 employees
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Clearly articulate ProcureDesk’s value proposition tied to operational and financial outcomes
- Develop a strong understanding of customer industries and use cases
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle Account Executive in SaaS
- Proven experience sourcing your own deals for at least the last 1–2 years
- History of carrying a $300K–$500K annual quota with 60–70%+ attainment
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
- Comfortable prospecting, running demos, and closing without heavy support
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
- Experience selling to CFOs, Controllers, or finance leaders
- Exposure to similar buyer personas or operational finance workflows
- Experience selling into verticals such as manufacturing, property management, construction, or logistics
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Coachable, open to feedback, and focused on continuous improvement
