Job Description

Account Executive supporting business development and account management for Hilton's hotel sites. Engaging with stakeholders and realizing operational savings through HSM’s suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support business development and account management of hotel sites
  • Visit partner hotels to realize operational savings
  • Explore opportunities for new and existing customers
  • Engage professionally with hotel stakeholders
  • Develop strong account plans for each customer
  • Communicating regularly with customers and hotel purchasing teams
  • Gather appropriate data from relevant sources
  • Assist with onboarding new customers

Requirements:

  • Experience within an account management environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in both German & English)
  • Results driven, ambitious and motivated
  • Experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Highly numerate and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach
