Job Description

Regional Sales Consultant networking with benefit brokers and employers for worksite LTC solutions. Engaging clients through calls, presentations, and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling, lead research, and networking to find potential clients.
  • Presenting LTC products and services to potential clients.
  • Suggesting suitable LTC solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Educating prospects about LTC insurance.
  • Engaging with clients via email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
  • Establishing positive relationships with clients.
  • Creating own proposals, preparing quotes, sales presentations, and updating CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in networking, developing leads, and researching potential clients.
  • Ability to obtain a producer’s license within 3 months after hire.
  • Prior sales experience in a related employee benefits field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Time management and adaptability.
