Job Description
Inside Sales Consultant following up on leads and closing reservations for motorcoach company. Engaging customers and providing exceptional service during booking process.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on existing quotes at pre-determined times
- Engage prospects to understand trip details, needs, and decision timelines
- Convert qualified leads into booked reservations
- Build rapport with schools, corporate clients, tour groups, and private customers
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service
- Address customer questions regarding pricing, availability, and safety
- Reinforce company value propositions
- Proactively close sales and secure deposits
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes
- Gather feedback from lost or inactive leads
- Identify trends in objections or lost business
Requirements:
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
